SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within Ireland

CalCreationsIRL currently ships orders within the Republic of Ireland.

All available shipping options and applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing times

Many of our products are personalised, made to order or 3D printed. Because of this, orders may require processing and production time before they are dispatched.

The estimated processing or dispatch timeframe will be stated on the relevant product page or provided at checkout where applicable.

Personalised and custom orders may take longer to prepare than ready-to-ship items.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider, severe weather, industrial action or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, incorrect or does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Incorrect delivery information

Please make sure that your name, delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the delivery information before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
