Refund & Returns Policy

At CalCreationsIRL, we want you to be happy with your order. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us at CalCreationsIRL@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible non-personalised, non-custom items, we offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if you wish to return an eligible item because you have changed your mind.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• In their original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item when returning it because they have changed their mind.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions.

Personalised and custom-made items

Because personalised and custom-made products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.

This includes items that have been personalised with names, dates, wording, colours, designs or other customer-requested details.

Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights if your personalised or custom-made item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item is faulty
• You receive the wrong item
• Your item is not as described
• There is an error in the personalisation that was made by us

Please contact CalCreationsIRL@gmail.com and include photographs where appropriate so that we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy. Under Irish consumer law, if goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

If you report a fault within 30 days of receiving your goods, you may have the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, CalCreationsIRL will cover the reasonable return costs.

Online orders and the 14-day cooling-off period

For most eligible products purchased online, Irish consumer law provides a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason.

However, this right does not generally apply to personalised or made-to-order goods.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds required under your statutory consumer rights will be processed in accordance with applicable Irish consumer law.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund once it has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not routinely offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If you would like a different item, colour, size or design, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.
